Returns

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided all items are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories).
If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping the goods back to us at your own cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount of the item within 14 days. Any consumable items returned opened will not be refunded unless faulty.

Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a refund including the cost of carriage. As all of our products carry their warranties from respective manufacturers, we will be happy to replace these products provided prior RMA Number is issued by us. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Please note that we will only refund postage costs for item sent 2nd class up to 1KG and 1st class/parcel whichever is the cheaper over 1KG. Please ensure items weighing less than 1KG are sent 2nd class and items weighing above 1KG are sent 1st class or by standard royal mail parcel. Once faulty items have been confirmed as faulty by the manufacturer, we will issue the refund. If a replacement is required, you may purchase a new item and we will refund you for the faulty item once confirmed faulty by the manufacturer.

How long will my order take to despatch?
Providing all the items are in stock we will send the same day.

What postal service is your FREE DELIVERY?
We send items mainly 2nd class post unless otherwise stated. Toners and larger items may be sent by courier. If you wish to upgrade the postage service, please contact us.

What if the items are not in stock?
If the specific item is not in stock we will offer an alternative item or will send the item once in stock

Can I pay by cheque?
We accept cheques, please make payable to PC-UK.NET. Goods will be sent out once the cheque clears.

Can I open a trade account?
We offer trade accounts to Schools, Colleges, Councils and businesses upon credit approval. Please contact us for further details.

Are your products guaranteed?
Yes, all of our products are covered by a 12 months guarantee.
